At Meirenyu Gems, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and beauty. Because our signature rings feature a versatile adjustable band designed to fit any finger size, sizing issues are virtually eliminated.

However, if you are not completely enchanted with your purchase, we offer a short return window in accordance with the terms below.

1. 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the exact date your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following requirements:

Condition: The jewelry must be completely unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of scratches, perfume, or cosmetic stains.
Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging (including velvet pouches, branded boxes, tags, and protective inserts).
Hygiene & Safety: Due to strict hygiene standards for worn jewelry, any item showing signs of wear or alteration will be rejected and shipped back at the customer's expense.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces.
Items purchased on clearance, archive sales, or promotional markdown (20% off or greater).
Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Submit Request: Email our team at Meirenyu.Gems@gmail.com within 48 hours of package delivery. Include your order number, photo(s) of the item, and the reason for the return.
Authorization: If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and the designated return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first; unauthorized returns will be refused.
Packaging: Securely package your item in its original box and pouch to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Meirenyu Gems is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds & Processing

Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 3 to 5 business days for our quality team to inspect the item.
Approval & Credit: Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (or issued as store credit, if requested).
Processing Time: Banks and credit card issuers typically take 5 to 10 business days to post the refunded amount to your account after we process it.
Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
